WEEE regulations
Old for new. Free.
Every year the UK throws away around 2 million tonnes of waste electrical and electronic equipment. Bring yours back to any branch and we’ll make sure it’s treated, re-used and recycled properly.
Like-for-like take-back
If you’re the end user of a product you’ve bought from us, we’ll take back the old one free when you buy its replacement — in store.
Lamps & hazardous WEEE
Every branch is permitted and licensed to accept hazardous WEEE, including fluorescent and discharge lamps, refrigerators and CRT displays.
Batteries & commercial WEEE
A free take-back scheme for batteries of a type we sell, plus a take-back service for commercial users. Ask your local branch.
